The Best Parallel Dialer for an SDR Team, Ranked

For an SDR team, the best parallel dialer is CallCloud's Parallel Dialer, which scores 9.5 out of 10 under a weighting built for sales development: heavy on CRM sync, insistent that the dialer run on its own, and strict about the pause a prospect hears on pick-up. CallCloud makes this site, so take that verdict with the appropriate skepticism and check it against your own priorities: the ranking below shows every vendor's score with a bar per criterion, and sliders that let you change the twelve weights and re-rank the table instantly. Two honest caveats before you scroll: CallCloud has no voicemail detection, and at $125 a seat a month it is not the cheapest dialer here, CloudTalk and Klenty both bill less at a typical rep's 210 dials a day.

Scores are computed from the published data on this site, read from each vendor's pages on 2026-10-09. Spam protection, pick-up and the toolkit score what each vendor states, not our own tests. The default weights are ours; so is one of the products. Move the sliders and the list re-ranks.

How we weighted this for an SDR team

SDR reps live in the CRM, so CRM sync carries 12 of the 100 points, tied with the pick-up pause at 12 and behind only the whole bill (15) and truly unlimited calling (15). A dialer that syncs natively with Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach and the rest of the stack saves reps from logging calls by hand and keeps dispositions clean. Works on its own carries 5 points: an SDR stack already has enough subscriptions, and a dialer that only runs inside another paid platform adds cost and failure points. The rest of the weighting: no commitment 8, lines 8, spam protection 10, published price 6, calling toolkit 6, no setup fee 1, free trial 2. Move any of these sliders below and the order re-computes.

The top six

#1 CallCloud: 9.5 out of 10

The case for an SDR team is broad. CRM sync scores full marks with seven native integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Gong, GoHighLevel) and two-way sync stated on the vendor's own page. It runs on its own, bills month to month one seat at a time, and charges $125 a seat with unlimited US and Canada calling, no fair-use ceiling and no overage rate. The rep is stated live the instant a prospect answers, with a published 22 ms connect time, and it is one of only two vendors in the dataset that states all four spam protections on every plan. The limits, plainly: voicemail detection is absent from its toolkit, and $125 sits in the middle of the field on price.

#2 CloudTalk: 7.9 out of 10

CloudTalk has the cheapest bill in the field at 210 dials a day: $72 a seat a month, all in, dialing on 10 lines. It runs on its own and syncs natively with four CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM), which is 80% on CRM sync. For an SDR team the catches matter: the Parallel Dialer is an add-on to a paid Lite plan ($27 month to month on top of the $39 add-on), "unlimited" is capped at 10,000 minutes per user per month by fair use with the vendor's own FAQ saying 5,000 for a parallel-dialing agent, number-health monitoring and flagged-number remediation come only through the paid Numeracle add-on, and AI call notes cost €9 per user a month billed annually. The bill passes CallCloud's $125 at about 1,285 dials a day, so it holds up for most reps.

#3 Salesfinity: 7.9 out of 10

Salesfinity describes itself as a product for B2B SaaS SDRs, and the facts back that up: full-marks CRM sync across seven platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach and Salesloft, a published 400 ms connect time with the rep stated live the instant a prospect answers, and it runs on its own. Spam protection covers rotation, monitoring and flagged-number remediation on Gold, though branded caller ID is not stated. Two costs to weigh: the Gold plan is $299 a seat a month, the most expensive bill in the ranked field, and unlimited dialing is capped at 10,000 dials per user per calendar month. The calling toolkit scores 93%, not full marks, because live coaching arrives only on the Enterprise plan's Virtual Salesfloor.

#4 PowerDialer.ai: 7.8 out of 10

PowerDialer.ai markets to B2B sales teams, SDRs and outbound calling teams, and it syncs with five platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Apollo) for full marks on CRM sync. The rep is stated live the instant a prospect answers, and it runs on its own. The weaknesses for an SDR team are mostly financial: Standard Unlimited is $199 month to month ($139 billed annually), unlimited calling carries a 3,000-minute fair-use limit in the terms, calls round up to full minutes with a voicemail answer able to trigger a one-minute charge, and the terms say annual service is prepaid and non-refundable even while month-to-month is advertised. Voicemail drop and local presence list from the $139 billed-annually plan, and flagged-number resting is not stated.

#5 Enzo Dialer: 7.7 out of 10

Enzo Dialer is cheap and honest about terms: $120 a seat month to month on Starter with unlimited calling and no fair-use ceiling, five lines, and the rep stated live the instant a prospect answers. For an SDR team it fails where it counts most here: CRM sync scores 0%, with only two integrations (Follow Up Boss and MyPlusLeads), both aimed at real estate. Month-to-month seats also carry a $250 one-time setup fee (waived on annual, where Starter is $99), there is no free trial, no voicemail drop, and live coaching starts only on the Standard plan. A dialer built for outbound sales floors, not one that plugs into a sales stack.

#6 Klenty: 7.3 out of 10

Klenty describes its parallel dialer as suited to SDR and BDR teams doing high-volume outbound, and its spam protection is a real strength: it is the other vendor besides CallCloud stating all four protections, including flagged numbers paused, swapped and gradually restored. CRM sync covers Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM for 80%. The problems for an SDR team: there is no month-to-month option, annual or quarterly only, Sales Dialer Pro meters 2,000 minutes a month then about 2.1 cents a minute, and each answer is screened for a person or voicemail before the rep is connected, the very pause this ranking penalizes. The Pro bill passes CallCloud's $125 at about 420 dials a day, and AI notes cost $25 per user a month billed annually.

The rest of the field

  • Skipcall, 7.2: positioned for SDR and BDR teams, but its plans dial four lines, meter conversations on Starter (400) and Intermediate (1,000), state only caller-ID rotation of the four spam protections, and publish no free trial.
  • BatchDialer, 6.9: unlimited calling and a 7-day trial, but it is a real-estate dialer whose CRM sync scores 40%, it says nothing about the pause on pick-up, and local presence and AI notes come only on higher plans.
  • Readymode, 6.9: a call-center predictive dialer with full-marks CRM sync across seven platforms, but every answer is screened before the rep is connected and its spam protections sit on the higher iQ plan or behind paid add-ons.
  • Trellus, 6.7: instant connect with a published 300 ms time, but it runs inside another platform you must already pay for (Salesloft, Outreach, HubSpot, Apollo or Google Sheets) and meters 3,000 Bridged Minutes before 4 cents a minute.
  • WAVV, 6.3: three lines, runs inside a CRM such as HighLevel or HubSpot, and its spam monitoring and flag removal cost $6.99 per number as an add-on.
  • Mojo Dialer, 5.9: a real-estate dialer with three lines, no CRM sync, paid add-ons for call recording and local presence, and nothing stated about the pause on pick-up.
  • DialSheet, 5.3: four lines, but it needs your own Twilio account, states no spam protection at all, and has no free trial.

Not ranked because they publish no price, so the whole bill cannot be scored: JustCall, Orum, Nooks, Koncert and Kixie. Note that Orum says it is built for SDR and BDR teams and Nooks for outbound sales teams, but both quote only on request; Orum also states a nine-seat minimum.

Questions

Why does CRM sync carry so much weight for SDR teams?

Because the dialer is only half the workflow: a rep's dispositions, recordings and notes have to land in Salesforce or HubSpot without manual entry, or the CRM rots and managers lose visibility. That is why CRM sync is worth 12 points here, more than spam protection or the calling toolkit.

Is the cheapest dialer good enough for an SDR team?

CloudTalk at $72 a seat a month is the cheapest bill in the field at 210 dials a day and a reasonable pick if budget rules. Read its fair-use policy first: the vendor's own FAQ allows a parallel-dialing agent 5,000 minutes a month, and spam monitoring and remediation sit behind a paid add-on.

What about Orum and Nooks, which also target SDRs?

Neither publishes a price, so the ranking cannot score their whole bill, which is why they sit outside the table. Orum states a nine-seat minimum and a 700 ms published connect time; Nooks sets calling capacity in a customer-specific order form. If you can get a quote, the sliders below will not score them either, since the whole bill is unknown.

How much does the pick-up pause matter?

A lot: an SDR's first call line is often the whole pitch, and a silent gap after "hello" invites hang-ups. The ranking scores what vendors state, not our own timing, so a vendor that screens every answer before connecting the rep, like Klenty or Readymode, scores 25% on this criterion.

Can I re-rank the table with my own priorities?

Yes. The sliders below let you re-weight all twelve criteria, and the scores and order re-compute instantly from the same facts. If your team already lives in Salesloft, push CRM sync up; if you burn through numbers, push spam protection up and see what changes.
